You have begun a new life with God! Although it might seem strange, you have just received a gift that you could never earn. You have just been freed of a debt you could never repay. It almost seems crazy that God would give us this priceless gift of His Son and eternal life, even though we do not deserve it, but that just shows how generous God is to you.
From the moment you said, "Yes," to God, He promises that He will never leave you or forsake you, even if you make many mistakes. Even if you fail countless times, His love will always be bigger than whatever failure or disappointment you face. He promises that the Holy Spirit will come inside you and will help you in your new life.
